Russian exporters facing difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic will be able to promptly receive advice on doing business amid restrictive measures and the global economic crisis. The Russian Export Centre operational headquarters has launched a "hot line" for this.

Russian Export Centre hotline: +7 (495) 725-61-50. Applications are accepted from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time.

Furtherly, Russian Export Centre website has published anti-crisis recommendations formulated on the basis of questions currently received by exporters: https://www.exportcenter.ru/operativnyi-shtab-rec/

Also, the Customs authorities of Russia have created hot lines to advise participants in foreign economic activity regarding the conduct of customs operations in the context of the spread of coronavirus infection.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation has opened a "hot line" to advise business entities on force majeure circumstances arising from the execution of agreements (contracts) in connection with the spread of a new coronavirus infection.

Hot line phones of the RF CCI:

+7 (495) 620-04-01 (from 9:00 to 20:00) on weekdays;

+7 (495) 620-02-93 (from 9:00 to 18:00) on weekdays;

+7 (495) 620-05-20 (from 9:00 to 18:00) on weekdays.
